Q: What is the refund policy?

A: If your Package/Service is already shipped out we cannot cancel or refund. We can replace the item if damaged or not available. We will refund if canceled before shipped.

Q: How can I donate to Musically Gamed?

A: Can send a email with "donation" in the subject line. Leave a tip at checkout or purchase a gift card and make the tip your donation. Click on where it says "Want to Help?" in the menu section.

Q: What are you subscribing to?
